To apply dry blush (powder blush), use a makeup brush to pick up a small amount of product, tap off any excess, then gently apply to the apples of your cheeks, blending upwards towards your temples in a circular motion to achieve a natural flush; remember to start with a light application and build up color as needed, ensuring even distribution across your cheeks.
